According to § 15 Abs. 1 S. 1 VerpackG, we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials free of charge:

• Transport packaging,
• Sales packaging and repackaging which, after use, does not typically arise as waste at private end consumers,
• Sales packaging and repackaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility according to § 7 Abs. 5, and
• Sales packaging of pollutant-containing filling materials or
• Reusable packaging.

If the above mentioned packaging material arises during our delivery, we will take this back free of charge.
